We want to be upfront about our policy: all skin redemptions are final.

Once you've redeemed your coins for a skin and the order is completed, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. This policy is in place due to the nature of digital goods and our partnerships with third-party providers. Think of it like purchasing a game key online – once it's been redeemed, it can't be returned.

Why No Returns or Exchanges?

  • Digital Goods: Skins are digital items delivered directly to your linked game account. Once they're delivered, they become part of your in-game inventory, and reversing this process isn't technically feasible in most cases.

  • Third-Party Providers: We work with third-party providers to source and deliver skins. Their policies often restrict returns or exchanges once a transaction is complete.

  • Coin Economy: Our Coin economy is designed to be balanced and sustainable. Allowing returns or exchanges could disrupt this balance and impact the overall availability of skins for all users.

Before You Redeem:

To avoid any disappointment, we strongly encourage you to double-check the following before redeeming your coins:

  • Skin Details: Carefully review the skin's name, image, game, rarity, and any other relevant details to ensure it's exactly what you want.

  • Coin Cost: Make sure you have enough coins and that you're comfortable with the Coin price.

  • Linked Game Account: Verify that your game account is correctly linked to your Rewardly account to prevent delivery issues.

  • Trade Link (If Applicable): If your chosen skin requires a trade link (e.g., Steam Trade Link), double-check its accuracy to ensure smooth delivery.

If You Encounter a Problem:

While we cannot offer returns or exchanges for simply changing your mind, if you encounter a genuine technical issue with a redeemed skin (e.g., you didn't receive the correct skin or the skin is defective), please contact our support team immediately. We'll investigate the issue and do our best to assist you. Please provide as much detail as possible, including your account ID, the name of the affected skin, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
