How to browse and select skins you want to redeem with your coins:
1. Accessing the Shop:
Open the Rewardly app.
Navigate to the "Shop" section, usually indicated by a shopping cart icon.
2. Browsing Available Skins:
Scroll through the displayed skins.
Filters: Use filters to refine your search:
Game: Select the desired game (e.g., CS2, Dota 2, TF2).
Rarity: Filter by skin rarity (e.g., common, uncommon, rare, legendary).
Weapon/Item Type: Filter for specific items (e.g., knives, rifles, gloves).
Coin Cost: Filter skins within a specific Coin price range.
3. Viewing Skin Details:
Click on a skin for detailed information:
Name: The skin's name.
Image: A larger view of the skin.
Game: The game the skin belongs to.
Rarity: The skin's rarity level.
Description: A brief description of the skin.
Coin Cost: The required number of coins.
4. Adding to Cart:
Click "Add to Cart" to reserve the skin. You can continue browsing and add more skins.
5. Providing Game Credentials (e.g., Steam Trade Link):
Before checkout, you must link your game account where you want to receive the skins. For example, if the skin is for CS2, you might need to provide your Steam Trade Link. This ensures the skins are delivered correctly. You can do this in your account settings. You can also update this value in the order flow.
6. Order Review and Redemption:
Review Cart: View your selected skins and their total Coin cost. Ensure you have enough coins to cover the cost.
Confirm Order: Click "Place order" to finalize your purchase. Then the details about your order will show and deduct the coins from your balance.
Order Status Your order status will update and you will see skins that have been delivered and or pending delivery in the order details pop-up.
7. Skin Delivery:
After successful redemption, the skin will be delivered to your linked game account via the provided trade link/ game account tag/ID. Delivery times may vary based on the game and third-party trade systems (e.g. Steam 7 days ban). Rewardly will notify you once the delivery is sent.
Important Notes:
Limited Availability: Skin quantities are sometimes limited.
No Returns/Refunds: All skin redemptions are final. Coins are non-refundable.
