Here's how to get a copy of your Rewardly data.
How to request it
Go to Account > Privacy and, under Download Your Data, click Request Data Archive.
What's in it
We prepare a ZIP file with:
your information in JSON files: account details, profile, orders, transactions and your other activity;
a viewer you open in your browser: unzip the file, then open index.html;
your images;
the messages you sent in the global chat and in direct messages.
Your survey profile answers aren't in the file: you can see them in the Profiler, or ask us for a copy at [email protected].
When it's ready
We tell you in the app and by email. Download it from Account > Privacy with Download Archive. The file is deleted one month after it's ready, so save it soon. You can request a new one 48 hours after the last one is ready.
