Let's explains how to export your Rewardly data.
What's Included in the Export?
Your data package will be a ZIP file containing several files in a commonly used format, such as JSON or CSV. This package includes:
Account Information: Your username, email address, date of birth (if provided), and account creation date. Note: Your password is not included for security reasons.
Profile Information: Any information you've added to your profile, such as your bio, avatar, linked social media accounts, etc.
Activity Data: A summary of your activity on Rewardly, such as completed offers, earned coins, redeemed skins, and referral activity. (orders, transactions..)
Linked Accounts: Information about any third-party accounts you've connected to your Rewardly account (e.g. game accounts Steam, etc. ), such as the account name and connection date.
How to Request Your Data Export:
Log in to Rewardly: Access your account through the app or website.
Go to Settings: Navigate to your account settings (usually a gear icon).
Privacy section: Look for a section related to "Privacy," in the menu
Data Export: Select the option to request a data export. You may be asked to confirm your request via email.
What Happens Next?
Once you request your data export, we'll begin preparing your data package. You'll receive an email notification with a link to download the ZIP file when it's ready. The processing time may vary, but we aim to provide your data as quickly as possible.
Important Notes:
Data Security: Your data package will be securely encrypted for your protection.
Data Retention: After you download your data, the link will expire after a certain period for security reasons. Be sure to download and save your data promptly.
Limited License, Not Ownership: Rewardly reminds you that the information you are downloading is provided under our Terms of Service. As with your access to the Rewardly platform itself, any information you export remains under our license, and any intellectual property or personal information provided remains under your ownership.
