Here's how to close your Rewardly account, and what happens when you do.
How to deactivate your account
Go to Account > Privacy and click Deactivate. If you signed in a while ago, you may be asked to sign in again first.
What happens right away
Your profile is hidden at once, and you're removed from the current leaderboards.
You're signed out everywhere, and your global chat messages are deleted.
We send you an email to confirm.
Changed your mind?
If you sign in again within 30 days, with any sign-in method (Steam included), your account comes back, without the chat messages and leaderboard progress deleted at deactivation.
After 30 days
We delete your account, as our Privacy Policy's Data retention table explains (policies.rewardly.gg/privacy#data-retention). The coins, keys and held coins on it are lost, and orders still open are closed without refund, so spend your coins and wait for your orders to be delivered first. A deleted account can't be restored.
Within 14 days of signing up
Deactivating your account also withdraws you from our Terms of Service ("Your right to withdraw" in the Terms). You can also withdraw by writing to [email protected].
Deleting sooner, or a banned account
There's no separate "Delete Account" button. To have your account deleted sooner than 30 days, write to [email protected]. If your account is banned, you can't deactivate it yourself: write to [email protected] and we'll delete it.
