If you encounter any discrepancies or suspect any inappropriate behavior related to the leaderboard, please follow these guidelines:

What to Report:

  • Suspected Cheating: If you believe someone is using unauthorized methods (bots, scripts, exploits, etc.) to gain an unfair advantage on the leaderboard, please report it.

  • Incorrect Leaderboard Data: If you notice any inaccuracies in your coin count or leaderboard ranking (e.g., missing coins, incorrect placement), let us know.

  • Other Leaderboard Issues: Report any other concerns or issues related to the leaderboard's functionality or fairness.

How to Report:

To report a leaderboard dispute, please submit a support ticket through our help center or live chat. Be sure to include as much detail as possible, including:

  • Your Rewardly Username:

  • The specific issue you are reporting: Describe the problem clearly and concisely.

  • Evidence (if applicable): Screenshots, videos, or any other information that can support your claim.

  • Date and Time of the Incident (if applicable):

Our Review Process:

We will carefully review all reported leaderboard disputes. While we strive to address all reports promptly, the investigation process may take some time. We may contact you for additional information if needed.

Important Considerations:

  • Fair Play: We encourage a spirit of healthy competition. Please refrain from making false accusations or reporting minor discrepancies that do not significantly impact the leaderboard's integrity.

  • Privacy: We will handle all reports with discretion and protect the privacy of all parties involved.
