Held Offers Explained: Why Your Earnings Might Be Delayed

Sometimes, you might notice a delay between completing an offer and seeing the coins added to your balance.

Let's explain why some offers are held and how long you might have to wait.

Why are some offers held?

We partner with third-party providers to bring you a wide variety of offers. To ensure you're fairly rewarded and that everything runs smoothly, we sometimes need to verify your completion with these providers. This verification process is why some offers might show as "held" or "pending" in your activity.

Here are some common reasons for delays:

  • Provider Verification: Our partners need time to confirm you've met all the requirements for an offer. This can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on the complexity of the offer and the provider's processes.

  • Technical Checks: We automatically check for any irregularities or discrepancies to prevent fraud and ensure fair play. This helps protect you and the integrity of our rewards program.

  • Time Constraints and Waiting Periods: Some offers have specific time requirements or waiting periods that must be met before the coins are awarded. Always check the offer details for any such conditions.

How long will my coins be held?

Our terms of service allow us to hold coins earned from offers for up to 90 days before they become available for redemption. In most cases, the verification process is much quicker than this. We strive to release your coins as soon as possible!

What if my coins aren't released after 90 days?

If you believe an offer has been completed correctly but you haven't received your Coins after 90 days, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Offer Name: The specific name of the offer you completed.

  • Date of Completion: The date you finished the offer.

  • Any Supporting Evidence: If possible, include screenshots or other documentation that can help us investigate.

We're here to help and will investigate any discrepancies promptly.
