1. Check Your Rewardly Notification Settings:

First, make sure notifications are enabled within the Rewardly platform itself:

  • Open the Rewardly App/Website: Log in to your Rewardly account.

  • Go to Settings: Find your account settings (usually a gear icon).

  • Notifications: Look for a "Notifications" or similar section.

  • Enable Notifications: Make sure the main notification toggle is switched on.

  • Customize Preferences (Optional): You can usually customize which types of notifications you want to receive (e.g., new offers, reward reminders, friend requests). Select the ones you're interested in.

2. Browser Notification Permissions (For Web Users):

If you're using Rewardly on the web, your browser might be blocking notifications. Here's how to check:

  • Browser Settings: Open your web browser's settings menu. The location varies depending on the browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari). Look for "Privacy & Security" or "Notifications."

  • Site Permissions: Find the "Site Settings" or "Notifications" section.

  • Rewardly Permissions: Locate Rewardly in the list of websites.

  • Allow Notifications: Ensure that notifications are allowed for Rewardly. The setting might be labeled "Allow," "Ask," or "Block." Choose "Allow" to receive notifications.

3. Check Your Device's Notification Settings:

Your device's operating system (e.g., Android, iOS) also has notification settings that can affect whether you receive alerts from apps:

4. Other Troubleshooting Tips:

  • App/Browser Restart: Try restarting the Rewardly app or your web browser. This can often resolve minor glitches.

  • Clear Cache/Data (App): If you're using the app, clearing the app's cache or data (in your device's app settings) can sometimes resolve notification problems. Be aware that clearing data might log you out of the app.
