How to Change Your Email Address:
Open the Settings Menu: In the Rewardly app, tap on the gear icon to access the settings menu.
Go to Account Information: Within the settings menu, find and select the "Account Information" section.
Tap the Change Button: Locate the "Change" button next to your current email address and tap it.
Enter New Email in the Popup: A popup window will appear. Enter the new email address you want to use for your Rewardly account in the provided field.
Confirmation: You'll likely receive a confirmation email at your new email address. Click the link in the email to verify the change. Important: Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox.
Important Notes:
Account Inaccessibility During Change: While the email change is in progress (between entering your new email and confirming it), you will not be able to use your Rewardly account. This is a security measure to protect your account. Make sure you complete the entire process promptly.
Complete the Process: The email change is only finalized once you've clicked the confirmation link in the email sent to your new address. If you don't complete the confirmation, your email address will not be updated and your account will be in limbo.
