Let's explain our policies regarding account bans and suspensions, and what to do if your account is affected.
Why Accounts Get Banned or Suspended:
Account bans and suspensions are implemented when a user violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other policies. Common reasons include:
Fraudulent Activity: This includes creating fake accounts, submitting false information, manipulating rewards, or tampering with surveys/offers.
Using Unauthorized Third-Party Software: Using bots, scripts, hacks, or any unauthorized software to automate tasks or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Creating Multiple Accounts: Users are limited to one account per person per household. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate rewards is a violation of our terms.
Selling, Trading, or Sharing Accounts: Your Rewardly account is personal and non-transferable.
Harassment and Discrimination: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior towards other users or Rewardly staff.
Other Violations: Any other actions that violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines can result in account bans or suspensions. This includes, but is not limited to, harmful behavior towards others, misuse of our platform, or attempts to compromise the security of our systems.
Bans vs. Suspensions:
Suspension: A temporary restriction on your account access, typically for a specific duration. During a suspension, you may be unable to access certain features or redeem rewards.
Ban: A permanent revocation of your account access. Banned accounts cannot be recovered.
What to Do if Your Account is Suspended or Banned:
If your account is suspended or banned, you'll typically receive a notification explaining the reason. If you believe the action was taken in error, you can appeal the decision through our support channels. Please provide as much detail as possible to support your appeal.
Appeals Process:
Our support team will review your appeal and investigate the circumstances surrounding the suspension or ban. We aim to be fair and impartial in our decision-making. Please note that submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the suspension or ban will be overturned.
Preventing Bans and Suspensions:
The best way to avoid account issues is to familiarize yourself with and adhere to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Play fair, be respectful to others, and use the platform as intended.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a positive and secure environment for the entire Rewardly community.
