Let's explain our inactive account policy and how to reactivate your account if you decide to return to the fray.

What is an Inactive Account?

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of one year or more. This includes no attempts to log in, earn coins, or redeem skins.

What Happens to Inactive Accounts?

Rewardly reserves the right to deactivate inactive accounts after the one-year inactivity period. This means your profile will be hidden, and you won't be able to access any features or rewards associated with your account.

Important Note about Rewards: While we aim to provide reasonable notice before deactivating inactive accounts, we are not obligated to do so. Further, we also reserve the right to remove or forfeit coins from inactive accounts or implement an expiration policy on your account's Rewardly Coin balance, per our Terms of Service. Be sure to remain active on Rewardly or redeem your coins frequently to avoid potential forfeiture.

Reactivating Your Account:

Good news! If you decide to come back to Rewardly, reactivating your account is simple. Just log back in using your existing credentials (username/password or social login method). Once you log in successfully, your account will be automatically reactivated, and you'll regain access to all your previous data (unless your account was deactivated and your data was removed in accordance with our inactive account policy or data retention terms).

Troubleshooting:

  • Login Issues: If you're having trouble logging in, you can reset your password using the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. If you used a social login and are experiencing issues connecting, please contact our support team.

  • Account Deleted: If your account was inactive for an extended period and deleted according to our policy, you will need to create a new account. Coins, skins, or other rewards associated with the deleted account are non-recoverable and non-transferable.
