You can cancel an order you placed in the shop, skins and gift cards alike, until we start buying its items.
When you can cancel: We review every new order before we start processing it. While an order is waiting (it shows as Pending), you can cancel it. Once we've started buying its items, the "Cancel this order" link disappears and the order can no longer be cancelled.
How to cancel: Go to your Orders page and open the order. Under "Changed your mind?", click "Cancel this order", then confirm with "Yes".
Cancellation fee: A cancellation fee of 25% of the coins you paid for the order is kept. The other 75% go back to your coin balance right away.
Coupons: A coupon used on the order is spent. It isn't given back when you cancel.
Orders we can't deliver: This isn't a cancellation. If we can't buy or deliver an item you ordered, we refund the coins you paid for it, with no fee.
