At Rewardly, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order for skins. We allow cancellations for orders that have not yet been confirmed, subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee totaling 25% of the order's total Coin value will be applied to all cancelled orders. The remaining 75% of the coins used for the purchase will be returned to your account.
Confirmed Orders: Once your order has been confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled. Confirmation typically occurs shortly after you place the order. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
How to Cancel: To cancel an eligible order, navigate to your order details page and click the red "Cancel" button. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed.
